GOD IS NOT SURPRISED! We can trust God in the midst of turmoil and confustion. Jesus told us that in this world we will have trouble, but to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world -John 16:33.
PRAYER MATTERS: God does love us and hears our prayers, even responding to our fears and anxieties with a peace that passes understanding.
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR: We need to relate with others with grace and patience, assuming the best. We should only take what we need and be kind and encouraging to the people we encounte.
LEARN CONTENTMENT: Paul encouraged us to be thankful and learn to be content. I Timothy 6:8 says, - "But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that." We are more blessed than we realize until we stop and think things through.
